Rare, sought after 1971 Dart Swinger

This is one of those cars that has great options, but a very interesting story as well. This 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger has been very well maintained, considering it spent a good portion of its life drag racing in a stock class. That also explains the very low, almost unheard of, original 7200 miles. Being used in a stock class, this Swinger is still very original except for the 340 under the hood. Even the original factory air conditioning still functions. Originally powered by a 318, now has a very strong 340 Cu In V8 and backed by an automatic transmission. This Dart runs and drives very well. The Rally Red exterior, and black vinyl top, are in excellent condition and is rust free. Some nice touches on the outside are the factory rally wheels, black painted stripes, and the awesome factory dual snorkel hood scoop. The black vinyl interior is also in excellent condition. Its pretty rare to see a car that spent time on the drag circuit to still have factory functioning air conditioning. Coming with this great Dodge, are a few of the tickets of the races that the car performed at. According to the stickers that are still on the windows, it is a multiple class winner, including a N.H.R.A class winner in 1971 at Dover drag strip in Wingdale, NY. This Dart Swinger is in very hard to find condition, with even harder to find low miles.
