Transferring the power from the engine to the very stout Ford 9" differential is a Turbo-Hydramatic 400 3-speed automatic transmisison equipped with a reverse manual valve body and Hurst Quarter Stick ratchet shifter. Helping bring this capable Nova to a stop is a 4-wheel Wilwood disc brake setup. This 1970 Nova handles the road very well thanks to upgraded Heidts upper front control arms, Lakewood drag shocks, and traction bars in the rear.
